About the Business Development Associate Job
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle end-to-end execution of iB Cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads and other business metrics
– Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (Corporates, Cafes, Gated-communities etc).
– Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB Cricket. Keep them engaged throughout the event. Ensure high participation and engagement at the events.
– Provide accurate and complete information about the company, products, pricing and league to generate leads for iB Cricket products.
– Ensure your team improves performance and achieves targets. Monitor and train them accordingly.
– Follow all the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that include, generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports etc.
– Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle of iB Cricket products and achieve targets. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, pitches, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.
– Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences.
