About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address Student Queries:
    • Respond promptly to student queries on HR concepts and course-related doubts across various channels such as Q&A forums, community platforms, and emails.
    • Ensure timely resolution of doubts, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
  2. Project Evaluation and Feedback:
    • Grade student projects with attention to detail and provide constructive, personalized feedback.
    • Assist students in improving their HR knowledge and skills through tailored guidance.
  3. Community Monitoring:
    • Regularly monitor the community for questions, concerns, and discussions initiated by students.
    • Engage with students in a positive and supportive manner, creating a collaborative learning environment.
  4. Timely Communication:
    • Check the community regularly to stay informed about student activities and respond promptly to questions or comments.
    • Share daily practice problems, learning resources, and other relevant materials at predefined intervals.
  5. Learning Material Distribution:
    • Facilitate the distribution of learning materials, ensuring that students receive valuable content to enhance their understanding of HR concepts.
  6. Live Session Assistance:
    • Collaborate in the planning and execution of live sessions for the HRM Program.
    • Address questions asked in real-time during live sessions, providing clarity and additional insights.
  7. Progress and Engagement Tracking:
    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining student progress and engagement in the program.
    • Track attendance and participation in course activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skill

  1. System Navigation:
    • Ability to navigate and use HRIS platforms proficiently.
    • Familiarity with the interface and functions of the HRIS used in the educational context.
  2. Data Management:
    • Competence in handling and managing HR-related data within the HRIS.
    • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in data management processes.
  3. Reporting:
    • Capability to generate relevant reports from HRIS for tracking student progress, engagement, and other metrics.
    • Extracting and presenting data in a comprehensible format for analysis.
  4. Troubleshooting:
    • Basic troubleshooting skills to address any technical issues related to HRIS.
    • Collaborating with technical support if necessary to resolve issues promptly.
  5. Integration Knowledge:
    • Understanding how HRIS integrates with broader HR and educational systems.
    • Ensuring smooth interoperability for a seamless user experience.
  6. User Support:
    • Providing assistance to students and faculty in using HRIS tools effectively.
    • Addressing user queries and concerns related to HRIS functionality.
  7. Process Optimization:
    • Identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes through effective use of HRIS.
    • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to streamline workflows.
  8. Security Awareness:
    • Adhering to data security and privacy protocols within the HRIS.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
