About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multifaceted Task Management: Engage in diverse tasks related to calls, computers, and meetings to ensure seamless operations.
2. End-to-End Sales Process: Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for assigned clients, from prospecting to closing deals.
3. Sales Pipeline Organization: Plan and organize the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient tracking and timely follow-ups.
4. Office Administration: Manage various office tasks, constituting 70% of the role, to maintain a productive and organized work environment.
5. On-Field Sales: Execute on-field sales activities, working towards achieving sales targets. This comprises 30% of the job and demands a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
2. Computer Skills: Possess good computer skills to navigate software tools, manage data, and streamline office processes.
