About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound, Inbound & Online Chat Processes:
    • Engage with potential students through outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and participate in online chat interactions to provide information about educational programs.
  2. Conversion of Telephonic/Web Inquiries:
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of the educational programs to potential students, addressing their queries, and converting inquiries into admissions.
  3. Achieving Business Targets:
    • Meet and exceed business targets by employing effective counseling techniques within specified timelines.
  4. Lead Generation Follow-up:
    • Utilize tele-calling, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to follow up on leads, maintaining regular communication to nurture and convert leads into prospective admissions.

    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  2. Self-Motivated & Confident Approach:
    • Demonstrate self-motivation and confidence in handling prospective student inquiries, providing them with the information needed to make informed decisions.
  3. Assertive & Hardworking:
    • Display assertiveness in guiding potential students through the admission process and showcase a strong work ethic to achieve and surpass business targets.
  4. Flexible on Timings:
    • Exhibit flexibility in working hours to accommodate potential students’ schedules and ensure availability during peak inquiry times.
  5. Talented & Willing to Learn:
    • Showcase talent in engaging with individuals effectively and a willingness to learn about new educational programs and industry trends.

Required Skill

  1. Effective Communication:
    • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to convey information and engage with potential students. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  2. English Proficiency (Spoken):
    • Proficient in spoken English to effectively interact with individuals over the phone, in person, and through online chat platforms.
  3. English Proficiency (Written):
    • Strong written English skills to draft professional and informative emails, messages, and documentation related to the admission process.
  4. Hindi Proficiency (Spoken):
    • Proficient in spoken Hindi to cater to a diverse audience and effectively communicate with individuals who may prefer or be more comfortable conversing in Hindi.
  5. Sales:
    • Sales skills to understand the needs and concerns of potential students, address objections, and guide them through the decision-making process to achieve admissions targets.
