About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies:
    • Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage recruitment and selection:
    • Handle job postings, resume screening, and interview processes.
  3. Implement performance management and compensation programs:
    • Develop and execute programs to assess and reward employee performance.
  4. Oversee employee relations:

  6. Ensure compliance with employment laws:
    • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, and ensure the company’s compliance.

  8. Maintain employee records:
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures:
