About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing Techniques:
    • Develop and implement effective strategies for finding and attracting qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough screening and interviews to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
  2. Performance Review Procedures:
    • Establish and execute performance review processes to assess and enhance employee performance.
  3. Labor Legislation Issues:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for issues related to labor legislation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  4. Employees’ Grievances:
    • Manage and address employees’ grievances in a timely and fair manner.
    • Implement procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  5. HR Technology Review:
    • Assess the effectiveness of current HR technology tools.
    • Recommend and implement more efficient software solutions to streamline HR processes.
  6. Overseeing Daily HR Operations:
    • Provide oversight of day-to-day HR activities.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of HR department operations.
  7. Online Recruitment Platforms:
    • Manage and optimize all online recruitment platforms used by the company.
    • Ensure a strong online presence to attract potential candidates.
