About the TelecallerJob
Key responsibilities: Build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.
1. Approach targeted business clients actively
2. Set a pipeline and source new leads until they get started
3. Manage relationships with existing customers
4. Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
1. Maintain direct contact with customers
2. Propose sales and marketing strategies
1. Achieve forecasted sales goals
2. Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
3. Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
4. Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of company instrumentation to customers.
5. Set demo sessions with the potential customer to convert
6. Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule-conscious, etc.) and maintain relationships
7. Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
8. Attend and represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings
9. On-board customers and keep communication alive
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to engage confidently and articulately over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise messaging and telecommunication solutions.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing data.
Who Can Apply
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Noida, Faridabad and neighboring cities
2. Bachelor’s in marketing, business or equivalent
3. 3+ years of sales or merchandising experience
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management
6. Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc.
7. Fluency in English is required

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 – 50,000 /month
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 85%
2. Variable component: 10%
