The Role of a Junior SEO Associate
As a Junior SEO Associate at UFaber Edutech, your role will involve supporting the SEO team in various tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
2. Optimizing content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques
3. Promote content on platforms like – Quora, Medium, Tumblr etc.
4. Update articles on WordPress CMS as needed
5. Work upon executing a content calendar
6. Reviewing, editing and proofreading the articles content.
Requirements:
1. Familiarity with web publications
2. Excellent writing and editing skills in English
3. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (Eg- WordPress)
4. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
5. Basic understanding of WordPress CMS & seo plugins (Eg- Yoast, RankMath)
6. Familiarity with WordPress is mandatory.
