About the job

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at effectively managing leads and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your role will involve proactive communication with leads, drafting written communication, creating operational documents, maintaining client relationships, utilizing CRM software, analyzing data for strategic insights, and coordinating various aspects of the sales and post-sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling Leads for Follow-up and Query Resolution:
   • Reach out to potential clients through phone calls to provide follow-up and address any queries they may have.
   • Ensure timely and effective communication to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
2. Drafting Emails and Messages:
   • Create clear and compelling emails and messages for clients and leads.
   • Tailor communication to address specific needs, concerns, or opportunities identified during interactions.
3. Creating Operational Documents:
   • Develop documents outlining the operational processes of the sales cycle.
